The honest record of what landed and when. We build in the open pace-wise: if this page goes quiet, ask us why.
A mark of our own
Foothold Foundry has a real logo: a foundry hallmark, the maker's stamp a foundry strikes into its work, with an interlocked FF and a stair motif in the ring. Chosen from a 500-image exploration across eleven AI models, then rebuilt by hand as a crisp vector system for every size from favicon to og card.
Companies, Feedback & NPS, and team members
A shallow companies layer joins the audience graph, Feedback & NPS logs what customers say and clusters it into themes, and workspaces gain full member management: email invites with a strict-match accept flow, roles, and removal.
The authentic-signal layer
Outreach discovery now runs on first-party sources (Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky, and a web index) instead of scraped exhaust. Outreach Targets and the Competitor Monitor both read from it, so the threads they surface are real, current, and linkable.
The Grow stage rounds out
GTM / Launch Plan, PR & Launch Kit (Show HN and Product Hunt copy, press blurb, announcement, checklist), and the Competitor Monitor for the ongoing watch. Growth resource hubs cover social, SEO, paid, community, support, and referrals.
Build tools: the virtual PM and virtual CTO
Requirements drafts your feature set as reviewable records you approve one by one; Architecture & Tech Stack does the same with architecture decision records. Naming & Availability lands alongside: brandable shortlists with availability checks.
The Launch Packet
One-click export of everything the Foundry produced for a venture: a structured docs tree with a README at the root, ready to hand to an engineer or an AI coding agent. The everything-but-the-code promise, as a zip.
Concept stage: the full lineup
Customer Discovery, Personas, Competitive Analysis, Market Sizing, Pricing Strategy, Business Model, Risks & Assumptions, Validation Scorecard, and Pitch Deck. Ten tools now take an idea from spark to a defensible, priced brief.
Idea Mine and the Stash
The front door before any venture exists: Idea Mine turns real, public frustrations into concrete venture ideas, and the Stash keeps the ones you table until their slot opens. Long-running tool work now runs asynchronously, so big reports never block the Control Room.
Financial Model and Risks tooling
A starter revenue projection grounded in your own pricing and sizing work (assumptions, three scenarios, break-even), and a ranked read on the assumptions most likely to kill the venture, each with a cheap test.
Project memory and the tool platform
Every tool now writes its output into the venture's project memory, so later tools build on earlier ones. Reports got a proper reading experience, and the lifecycle nav reorganized around Concept, Build, and Grow.
Branding agent
Name, voice, palette, and a brand kit captured as a living design document the venture's templates actually consume. Your brand as tokens you own, not a PDF that drifts.
Credits, plans, and billing
The credit engine: every AI action shows its price before it runs, plans grant monthly credits, packs cover spikes, and failed work is never charged. Cancel anytime with no clawback.
Ventures as the unit, the portfolio as the view
GitHub-style per-venture modules you can enable or skip, a cross-venture dashboard, and leads promoted to a global graph with per-venture association, so one human is one record everywhere.
The Control Room goes live
footholdfoundry.com serves the product: campaigns compiled and sent on your say-so through your own SES identity, deliverability warming, templates with server-side merge, fit checks, and per-venture analytics. Suppression and one-click unsubscribe enforced on every send from day one.
