Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-27 (draft)

This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the boundaries we hold around your data. This is draft language pending legal review.

1. What we collect

Account information (your email and name from sign-in), the workspace and venture data you create, the leads and contacts you import, and operational logs. We log the shape of requests, not their sensitive contents.

2. How we use it

To operate the product: to run your campaigns, render and send your email, compute your analytics, and bill your account. We do not sell your data.

3. The in-house data boundary

This is a hard rule. Your owned data, your contact rows, lead lists, and PII, is never sent to an external AI provider. When AI features draft a message, they write a template with placeholders; your real contact details are merged locally, on our servers, only at send time. AI features that read public information (such as the fit check) send only generic public queries, never your data.

4. Email and suppression

We maintain suppression state (do-not-contact, unsubscribed, bounced) and enforce it on every send, along with a one-click unsubscribe and a physical address per CAN-SPAM. Engagement events (deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces) are recorded to power your analytics and protect deliverability.

5. Third parties

We use a payment processor for billing (it holds the money side; we never store card data), an identity provider for sign-in, and an email sending provider you configure. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

6. Security

Secrets are held by reference, never in our database. Access is scoped per workspace. We will detail our security practices here with counsel.

7. Data retention and your rights

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. You can export or request deletion of your data. Specific rights depend on your jurisdiction and will be finalized by counsel.

8. Contact
